Purchased in a shop on Government Street in downtown Victoria (Stock Home). I love love love these spinners. They are well made and very colorful. Mesmerizing to watch as they spin. Gorgeous even sitting still. I had to have a second one for my window, so decided to order one online. Great customer service ! Would also make great gifts !
